HIGH PERFORMANCE BIO-BASED TOPCOAT

Poly-Soy Protective Clear Finish TopCoat is an interior/exterior high performance bio-based topical coating system that seals and protects concrete, wood, plaster, stucco, metal, and more. Poly-Soy is made from an industrial grade soy ester resin technology, a rapidly renewable resource material, that is able to replicate oil modified polyurethane coatings without the odor or toxicity. It is a self leveling coating system that provides a superior protective satin or gloss finish to help resist substrate damage caused by abrasion, weather, stains, moisture, and commercial foot traffic.

Available in Satin or Gloss Finish. Poly-Soy is the preferred environmentally compliant solution that will effectively replace polyurethane and lacquer products delivering safe application, fast return to service, and no toxic offgassing. Use Poly-Soy over decorative concrete, wood decks, wood floors, architectural features, cabinetry, furniture, integral colored substrates, or painted surfaces to provide a durable and beautiful finish.

Why Use A Durable TopCoat System?
Whenever a substrate is exposed to elements that contribute to staining or premature wearing, a durable topcoat system will provide an additional barrier that extends the life and beauty of the substrate. In addition, many substrates or treated materials require a protective shield to lock-in components that may potentially bleed or is more susceptible to damage. Most porous substrates can additionally benefit from installing a penetrating sealer such as Acri-Soy Sealer to provide integral penetrating protection, then applying Poly-Soy for topical surface protection. This type of double protection is most beneficial with outdoor or commerical traffic decorative concrete applications.
